Q.  Is PayPal safe?  

A.  PayPal is one of the safest ways to use your credit card or bank account online.  I have used them for several years now and I'm a verified member.  Please visit www.paypal.com if you need additional information.

Q.  Where is my order?

A.  Orders will only be completed and mailed after full payment has been received.  If you have made your payment and your order has not arrived, please email starring_me@sit-co. as soon as possible so that I can track it.  It generally takes 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.  If you need it rushed, please email me to let me know.

Q.  What if I'm not completely satisfied with my order?

A.  If there is a problem with your order, please bring it to my attention as soon as you can.  If there is a typographical error that is a result of my negligence, I'll replace the item at no cost to you.  However, if the spelling error lies with the customer, then the item will have to be purchased again.  Due to the personalized nature of my product, I cannot accept any returns for any reason other than my mistakes.  Email me with any questions or concerns at starring_me@sit-co.net.  There may be special circumstances that I'm unable to address here.

Q.  Why does my book look different than the picture?

A.  Some of the books' covers have been changed.  Old inventory will be used up before the new inventory with the new covers is used.  The story, however, remains the same.
